Bid Preparation - RTA, Dubai

At the very start of the Dubai Tram project, TMA Global consultants worked closely with the Rail Agency of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai on behalf of Aecom for the selection of the concessionaire.

The services TMA Global provided included:

• Developing and writing a Request for Proposal (RfP) and a Request for Quotation (RfQ)

TMA provided O&M specialist consultants to Keolis Middle East that were experienced in bid work to support the development and writing of bid proposals for the Middle East region.
